I open this new plan for introducing some Artist I like, by their music. US friends often call them entertainer, but I prefer Artist, who bring a big move to the world`s heart.

I call this part of posts “Listening Music & Learning English”，I will explain some words in the lyrics.

First actually is a band, we call “Nirvana“. I like the voice yelling from the soul. If you can`t release your feeling, Nirvana can help you out. Let`s check the first words: Nirvana

nirvana   [niә'vɑ:nә, nә:'v-]  n. 涅盤, 天堂 

nirvana is hard to explain, because it`s so abstracted. So “涅磐”should be best way.

Oxford dictionary defined it: (in Buddhism and Hinduism) state of perfect bliss in which the individual becomes absorbed into the supreme spirit （佛教和印度教的）涅盘.

Nirvana is one of the most famous band in the music history, it contain a sad story, not only did they make many popular songs, but also the singer, Kurt Cobain, suicide in the early age.

Another winter vacation is coming to the end,I hope it`s a pleasant holiday for everyone, Let`s just keep the good time in mind and fight on!

So soon coming to the end of 2011,I am still rush on the way. Just after the last lesson in New Oriental School, I am in the airport now, with a ticket to Guangzhou. Luckily I finally got time to write words and seriously rethink about the days in this lovely year(I am not sure when I will finished it.).

Half Alcohol.

I worked in LKK design corp., in the first half year, which has last for almost a year. I love working hard and I really do that. Shenzhen is a young city, good for junior, it`s quite vivid stage. My work is really heavy, because we don’t have capability to make a team sharing. So most of situation in my position is, you need handle everything by your own. Thanks for the colleague who share the experience of researching method, and show me so many good cases. Now what is still in my memory is busy spectacle in the daytime of week, and several mates working at night and weekend. So cool!

I was assigned to Beijing LKK Design, the headquarters of the company. Thanks for the supporting form my friends, sorry that I can`t count one by one. May 1^st is a Labor day so I can have a full recovery in this few days, I met many friends as well, find that many people still trying hard on their dreams. So I often let myself empty and rethink the experiences of my life, and what the meaning should be right my world. This inner movement warm up my education dream again. Watching my schedule, I know I have the final shot for that. So quit my job (which I love anyway), and move back to the education field.

Back to the school, I had a really rush hour. Thanks Apple for her support during that days and sorry about what I could not do in time, all the time has taken by the process stuff, there is the future so we should have it. Graduated alone but with friends, I have a wonderful one-week vacation with my family members. I can`t forget the smiles on my family`s faces, my meaning of life! Thanks Greg and Iverson all the friends on the way.

Lucky me, although I missed the recruiting season of most university, I still find the hope, but for the next year. Let`s see.

Summer always is my tragedy. 2-month English teaching task in New Oriental School, take up every minute.

Half Tea

I dived myself into teaching for last half year. In this time, I taught English lessons in the weekend, and Design course of university in other time. I indeed had an opportunity to understand the education circumstances in Qingdao, no comments. I worked everyday without rest. That made me exhausted.

What is good at hometown is that you have childhood friends, talking about the recollections of the past that become a relaxed leisure action finally. Not bad, like a tea, you can drink freely, even if they taste really bitter sometimes, but we share them, that make everything felt better.

Even in the busy situation, I still have three trip in this half year, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Shenzhen, Hongkong, etc. Suffer great losses most of cases, I finally come the end of the year. Drinking neither Alcohol nor tea, I still feel gloomy deeply sometimes, especially recently, but still be enthusiastic inside, the future is all my own alone, maybe, maybe there is a rainbow.

In the this time of my schedule in New Oriental School , we welcome the new fellows from different places , senior and junior!

内容：心理学的内容很多，之前一直在讨论关于个体或者个人（消费者）的心理剖析，其实社会心理学也是心理学中非常重要的一环，社会群体心理和相互之间的心理现象，产生许多我们生活中常见的行为结果，这节课我们通过具体案例罗列，试图让大家了解一些社会心理学现象，并通过这种现象启发大家再产品设计的过程中，对设计思路的拿捏。
